Delivery

Our website will calculate the amount of product in your shopping cart upon checkout. You are able to order any product, in the quantities that you need. If a delivery charge is applicable, this will be calculated based on the pallet size that is needed to deliver your order.

Fitzpatrick Fuels deliver to most areas in the UK. If your delivery address is in the Kirklees or Calderdale area, your products will be delivered on a small vehicle (3.5 tonne of 7 tonne truck) with crane off facilities. Our drivers will drop the product where reasonably instructed. Please inform us of any delivery instructions, or restrictions. Local delivery can be expected within 3 - 5 working days. You will be given a delivery day confirmation once your order has been processed.

If you live outside of the Kirklees or Calderdale area, your order will be delivered by our transport company, Palletways. Palletways will deliver your goods in a heavy goods vehicle, and leave the pallet on the roadside. It is your responsibility to inform us if you require a smaller vehicle, and have any delivery restrictions. Delivery can be expected within 3 - 7 working days. You will be given a delivery day once your order has been processed.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days to arrange a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to return the order of goods and we will refund you the cost of the product order within 30 days. We are unable to refund you for the cost of return.

Description

Cat Fresh litter is a wood pellet-based litter. Wood pellets are known for their super absorbent qualities (they are 3 times more absorbent than other types of cat litter).

The absorbency of this product makes them a cost-effective type of litter, what’s more, we are proud to say that this litter is environmentally friendly. These wood pellets are FSC Certified (The Forestry Stewardship Commission), the FSC is an organisation dedicated to promoting the responsible management of forests around the world. When buying this product, you can be sure that it has come from a responsible source, is sustainable and is kind to the environment.

This type of cat litter is non-clumping, making the waste litter easier to dispose of. The litter is a 100% natural product, it does not contain any additives or chemicals. The natural pine fragrance however, does help to control odour.

How to use:

Provide a suitable litter tray, big enough for your cat to use. Fill the base with Cat Fresh litter, approximately 2 – 4cm deep. Remember, when wood pellets get wet, they expand in size so do not over fill the tray.

Inspect the litter tray daily and remove any solids. On a regular basis, empty the litter tray completely and clean with a mild detergent. Ensure the tray is dry before refilling with Cat Fresh litter.

Cat Fresh wood pellets can be disposed of with household waste. The wood pellets are also biodegradable and can be composted.
