SBK Brushwood Killer is a specially formulated weed killer made strong enough to kill the toughest of weeds, while not harming your grass. This weed killer works great against brambles, nettles, thistles, tree stumps, other woody weeds & more. 

Utilising an impressive triple anti-weed effect; first killing the root, then killing the weed and finally preventing regrowth. This product comes in a 250ml product which covers 84m².

A soluble concentrate, SBK Brushwood Killer has been formulated not to harm grass but tackle tough weeds right at their roots to prevent re-growth.

A foliar acting herbicide, SBK Brushwood Killer can be used for the control of nettles, docks, thistles and brambles. It can also be used on broom, gorse, non-crop areas and used to treat wood stumps in the autumn and winter.

SBK Brushwood Killer:

  • Can be applied to tough weeds and hardwood saplings from May to October
  • Used on woody weeds from June to August
  • Contains triclopyr
  • No Glyphosate, & No LERAP Category

Apply when soil is moist and weeds are actively growing. When treating tree stumps, avoid application during April, May or June when sap is rising.

Once treated, a repeat treatment can be applied after six weeks. Allow six weeks between application and re-planting.

SBK Brushwood Killer should not be applied during drought or in freezing conditions. Dilute as per product instructions and keep away from cultivated plants.

Use plant protection products safely and always read the label. Keep out of reach of animals and children.

Application Guide

Nettles, brambles and tough weeds

By watering can:
Use 30ml in 6 litres of water per 10 m2
By sprayer:
30ml in 1.5 litres of water per 10 m2

Woody weeds and hardwood saplings

By sprayer:
30 ml in 1.5 litres of water

Tree stumps

For painting on:
Mix equal volumes of SBK and water
By sprayer:
Add 200 ml of SBK to 300 ml of water
